Generated PDFs and Documents

PDFs are generated based on information entered, selected, or uploaded by you. A generated PDF may still require review, printing, signing, stamping, witnessing, attestation, supporting documents, manual completion, or additional steps before use.

Formatting may vary depending on device, browser, printer, PDF reader, fonts, or source-document changes. You must inspect the final downloaded PDF before relying on, sharing, printing, signing, or submitting it.

Intellectual Property

- Our Platform:
The Gujarat Forms brand, website design, software, workflows, text, graphics, templates, compilations, and platform features are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- Your Limited Use:

Payments, Plans, and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct, or any statutory protection that applies despite these Terms. Subject to such mandatory rights, our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Gujarat Forms for the affected transaction or service.

Indemnification

No Waiver
